TRANSFER MARKET ACCESS

Hello, dear whoever is reading this, I recently switched to PC, so when I started FC 25 a few weeks ago, I didn't have access to the transfer market. I completed the objective "UT foundations" like 3 weeks ago, and I still don't have access to the transfer market. I'm not talking about transfer market on Companion; I'm talking about actual access to transfer market. I hope you can help me to be able to access the transfer market, and if you ask, I never got transfer banned
