Transfer Market Still Locked in EA FC 25 PC After Completing Objectives

Hi everyone, I’m currently playing EA FC 25 on PC, and my Transfer Market is still locked, even though I have completed all of the Foundation objectives (including Transfer Market & Club Management)...
