white screen

I have a problem with EA fc 25 when I try to log in to my account, a white screen appears and then disappears and I cannot log in to my account. Please help me.

Hello, everyone. We're going to get this investigated. First, we'll need some details. Can you all please provide the following?

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Platform
  • Summary of Issue
  • Potential Repro Steps
  • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone)
    • Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and its important they are recent (no older than 48hrs if possible)
  • Video or Image of issue are also extremely useful.
