white screen

My screen turned white when I’m trying to login and it’s been 3 days and I haven’t been able to play at all what’s up with ea fix it please

When I'm trying to connect to ea servers a white screen comes on and then it says: you have lost your online connection. Check your home network.

My time zone is 

GMT+3:30
