Zidane Icon Card 90 rated not received althought im activly playing every week.

Since its Impossible to write a thread without thick letters heres my edit.

Every single friend of mine got that free 90 rated Zidane Icon card. Except me.
Ive never Quick sold it. I checked that multiple times via Web app.
I also got the Zidane Evo, but why not the card?? Checked my Club  multiple times.

I wrote to the EA Support, but they actually cant or wont help thats why they have send me here.
I dont know how a Community could help me with this Issue / Bug.

Its a untradeable card which like everyone got gifted for just playing. So why cant they help me with this one out since everybody got it.
