Cant find Rush Teammates

I just started a new account and im not able to unlock the transfer market cause its locked behind a quest that says i gotta do 3 rush games. wich is not possible. even played a couple rivals matches. still cant find rush teammates? i just wanna unlock the transfermarket. even loaded up some fifa points…..
