Hallo Liebes Ea Team, ich habe mit einem Kumpel in Coop den neuen Südamerikanischen Cup gespielt. Als ich eben meine Belohnungen abholen wollte ist mir aufgefallen das ich manche Aufgaben nicht erfüllt hatte obwohl mein Kumpel sie hat. Desweiteren fehlen mir 3 spiele. Ich habe 8 gewonnen und 3 verloren. 20 sind es insgesamt.. und 6 sind noch offen. 3 spiele einfach weg. Dieser Fehler macht es mir unmöglich weitere Belohnungen wie das Komplettpaket zu erspielen. The game frequently disconnects me from matches while I am winning, due to apparent server instability. This results in unfair losses. Network performance is highly inconsistent. The game experiences frequent lag spikes, with ping reaching up to 400 ms. In some cases, matches start with missing opponent players, followed by a full game crash. Online gameplay suffers from severe input delay, making controls feel unresponsive and unreliable. There are clear UI/logic issues, such as “undefined” and “null” values appearing in tactics and other areas. These issues raise serious concerns about the level of quality assurance and testing conducted prior to release. Additionally: The AI behavior appears inconsistent and unrealistic, with poor player reactions that negatively affect gameplay quality. Core game logic feels flawed in multiple scenarios. Overall, the experience is neither stable nor enjoyable due to the accumulation of these problems. It is particularly frustrating to receive warnings for leaving matches when, in reality, the disconnections are caused by server-side issues. Given the reputation of your company, a more stable and polished product is expected. Even significantly older titles delivered a more consistent and reliable experience. When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. Not only can I not access the store or open any pack because of this issue, I also can’t access the season pass in objectives. Whenever I try to redeem the evolution, it says there is a problems connecting to ultimate team servers. But I have claimed multiple objectives and done player sbcs since this issue first happened. The sock length option appears to be locked or missing when editing these player types, while the setting works normally for standard players already in the game. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start a Career Mode. 2. Either: Promote a youth player from the Youth Academy, or Create a squad using Create-a-Club mode. 3. Go to Squad Hub → select the player → Edit Player 4. Navigate to Accessories. 5. Attempt to change Sock Length. Expected Result: The Sock Length option should be adjustable like it is for all other players. Actual Result: The Sock Length option is unavailable or locked for youth players and Create-a-Club generated players. This affects visual customization and consistency across the team.
