If my 90-rated Enzo Fernández cannot be recovered, I honestly don’t feel motivated to continue playing the game. This card means a lot to me, and I sincerely ask for your help in restoring it to my club.
I believe this issue occurred due to a display or system error, where my evolved player appeared as a regular gold card and was mistakenly submitted. I truly did not intend to lose this player.
I kindly ask you to investigate this case and help me recover the card if possible. I would greatly appreciate your support.
I will also be more careful in the future—if I encounter a similar situation where an evolved player is incorrectly shown as a gold card, I will make sure to cancel the submission.
