“All Bid/buy actions have been used” bug for fc26 transfer market

I have been playing early access and did all the objectives to unlock the transfer market and I’ve been hit with a ban telling me “bid/buy actions have been used up” and told to wait 48hrs. there was no mention anywhere about this and when I click the link for further information. It doesn’t tell me why this could have happened. Anyone got any help from EA!
