87+ player pick incorrect
I went to store and noticed the majority of packs were made tradable I bought an 87+ player pick from the global limits and got one 83 and two 81 cards can I have my tokens back i feel like i got scammed

I bought 2x "three of the best" player picks that should have been 87+ but the highest I got was an 84. Ive been trying to get this sorted since 22/12 and customer services keep closing the case or tell me too look up "pack probabilities" which is absolutely ridiculous. They have refused to compensate or refund me at all. Terrible customer service. I am submitting a full report with video evidence to the Advertising standards authority as what they have done is illegal. I have played fifa for 20 years and seriously considering deleting it for good.
