99 stat scream cards

I had the same issue with 2 cards I brought. I even thought it was strange to have 99 stats already so I read the in game description that clearly states that the Temporary 99 Stat wouldn't come out until the 5th of November and 4th of December so presumed this was correct. Over night the 99 stat has been considerably reduced and the value of the cards have dropped significantly. EA Direct Communication have tweeted that the stats have been reduced but not what will be done for the people who have paid for these cards based on them having a 99 stat through no fault of our own only to lose out on them reducing it and the card dropping in value.
