Edit Teams and Kick Off mode are broken functions of EA FC26
We play locally and edit teams to make custom squads. We have done this for years on FIFA and there was never an issue until FC25 where the game crashed after you edited teams and tried to play The issue was fixed FC25 in January. To our disbelief the issue is back in FC26. Among the faces newly added through the last title update, there is a bug in the face of Lennart Karl of Bayern Munich, the faces of some players of Hamburg, and Lucas Chevalier of PSG that causes the hairstyles to break when you zoom in on the replay screen when the game play is set to night and you play the game. I don't know if it's because of the lighting or the shadows. If you set the game to night, the hairstyles will break. As a user who has played EA Sports FC games for a really long time, I really want to ask you to fix this. Please, I really want to ask you to fix this.
Inbox Error FC26 ‘Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request.’
Since fc26 go-live I have never been able to view my inbox to see any messages since fc26 installed on my ps5. The error is ‘Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request.’ I have restart the app and console, reinstalled fc26, cleared the ps5 cache, rebuilt the ps5 database through safe mode. Within the fc26 I have disabled and then re-enabled messaging, yet the same error is displayed…. Will I ever be able to message my friends in fc26? I never had the issue until migrating over from fc25 to fc26… please help… No other issues observed with game play. I am able to play online through all the game types, rivals, rush, etc and no issues connecting through the network, so why the issue with viewing my inbox in fc26 on ps5?Hairstyle bug caused by shadow lighting in night mode for some players

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized change made to my EA FC 26 EVO card. I had a perfect Estevão card that I personally evolved using FC Points I paid for. This card was upgraded exactly to my preference, specifically with the Finesse Shot+ PlayStyle. Following a recent update by your company, this PlayStyle was changed to Quick Step+ without my consent or involvement. This change directly impacts a card I invested both time and money into, and it is unacceptable that a paid evolution was altered after the fact. I did not authorize this modification, nor was I given any option to prevent it. I see two reasonable and acceptable resolutions to this issue: Revert my Estevão card to its original state, restoring Finesse Shot+, or Grant the card both PlayStyles to compensate for the forced change. I used hard-earned FC Points to achieve this evolution, and the product I paid for has now been altered against my wishes. I expect this matter to be reviewed promptly and resolved accordingly. I have played over 15 games in this objective and scored more than 1 chip shot in every game but only registered 3. I think to make them count you have to be in the 18 yard box and the ball has to go over the goal keeper- this is ridiculous as this is not what the objective states and players are spending hours grinding these out only for them to not count. completely not acceptable!!Rooney Missing From Manager Mode Selection Despite Being Part of Season Pass
Season 3 pass shows Rooney as playable in both player and manager career modes after reaching level 19 of the season pass. BUT!! He is not available for selection ☹️ It shows him as a selling point and as I fell for it and bought the season pass, SURPRISE SURPRISE Rooney is NOT THERE!! Still no fix for Manager Career saves removing icons, still Kickoff saves keep resetting and NOW another new issue. I might quit FC if these things don't get fixed :(
