A total of 4000 FC points have disappeared.

I originally had 2600 FC points in Club Mode on the PC version (EA App) of FC26, but I just chose 1000 FC points as a playoff reward and my points have now dropped to 1600. It was originally supposed to be 3600 FC points.
I tried restarting the application, but that didn't fix it. 
I lost 2000 FC points the last time, so I would like a total of 4000 FC points returned.
At the time, they only responded by reporting the bug to the developers, but they didn't offer a refund.
At the very least, I paid for this, so I definitely want my 1000 FC points returned.
I won't be satisfied if they don't offer a refund this time, so I will report this to the Consumer Affairs Center of the Consumer Affairs Agency of Japan as a scam.
