Active item in evolution bug

I have message - This item is already active in another Evolution.
But I sent my previous evolved item to SBC. So I expect to be able to start evolving player from scratch, but game doesn't let me.
Is it bug or feature? If it's feature - I am very upset. I don't have any fun in FC26 players except evolved players.
