An ordeal for those who want to play the game realistically..!

A few things to know:

 1- I only play career mode. I'm obsessed with a realistic gaming experience. I play matches (all matches) with a 15-minute halftime. I don't simulate anything.

 2- I play authentic gameplay.

3- My graphics card, etc., is fine.

Now, let's get to the serious issues:

1- It's Monday, I log in and play my next match. The passes are slow, the gameplay isn't fluid, and the realism is at a premium. The players' sprints, shots, runs, and passes are all excellent. I play three matches (about three hours long). I get tired and shut down my computer. On Tuesday, I open the game again and start the next match... OH NO! The flow of the game is so fast, the passes, runs, dribbles, and headers are all so fast! This has nothing to do with the opponent or my team! (I don't change any settings.) This is frustrating. I've restarted my computer numerous times, but it's the same. Two days have passed (Of course, I've restarted the game 15 times in those two days?!) BUT I WON'T PLAY THIS MATCH AT THAT SPEED. WHAT A RIDICULOUS EFFECT IS THIS!?

 2- Sometimes when I enter the game, I notice that some of my players, coaches, referees, and even fans appear to have BLUE EYEBROWS. (This usually happens when the game unintentionally SPEED UP.) Is there a solution? I try everything, and they still appear to have blue eyebrows. This is annoying.

I've been playing FC career mode for 12 years. I don't have time to deal with these issues anymore. I'm really tired of encountering a different problem every time I log in. I have two friends, and they're just as OBSESSIVE as me. They think they're managers and club managers. Let's just say we want to play a realistic game. But these problems are turning us off. This was the case in last year's game too. I don't want to go into a game every time I log in thinking, "Not this time, please!" I record an entire match (about 45-50 minutes long) and edit and cut out the key moments as if I were a media outlet, turning them into "Match Highlights." I also have Excel files filled with pages dedicated to the game. They're all a manifestation of the "REALISTIC GAME" mentality the game developers claim. However, this state of the game unfortunately creates major problems that are beyond my understanding..
