I have completed the “Tiny Tim” objective in the Asia & Oceania event, and the game shows the objective as completed. However, I never received the Tim Cahill player item that is supposed to be the reward.
Because of this, I cannot complete the next group of objectives that require Tim Cahill. I have already tried restarting the game and checking my club, unassigned items, and store, but the player is still missing. It has now been more than 12 hours since I completed the objective.
Is this a known issue? Could someone from EA please investigate and grant the missing reward? I know that other players are experiencing the same problem.

Having the same issue , done the objective to recieve Cahill but isnt appearing in my club and is extinct on the market.
Had constant issues this year , its going to be my last.
