Everytime I complete a challenge on the Manager Live Hub I get the following message: "challenge validation in progress. please check later" Anyone any tips around it. Have tried the Top at Christmas and Transfer Improvements 5x each and hasnt gave me the objective. Has been this was since launch and Ive tried restarting and logging out and in again. I have a critical bug preventing me from accessing the Transfer Market on the Companion/Web App, despite far exceeding all known requirements (I have played over 500 games). The issue is with the in-game playtime and match counter on my main Ultimate Team account, specifically on PS5: The Problem: Playtime Resetting Daily My playtime and match count are constantly resetting or stopping count as 2 games on the full week. Last week I played Weekend League, Did all the points on Rivals on Elite Division and my counter was showing 2. The system is failing to register my activity. Online Matches Not Tracking: Playing online modes like Division Rivals does not increase the match count or playtime value at all. The number remains static at 2 games even after completing multiple matches. Squad Battles Resets Progress: The only mode that registers playtime is Squad Battles, but playing a Squad Battles match resets the entire counter back to 0 before it starts tracking again, preventing any cumulative progress toward the unlock requirement. This bug is possible blocking my access to the Transfer Market on my phone. Could a moderator or community manager please confirm this known issue and suggest a specific escalation path for a bugged account? This is only affecting this account on my PS5!
