I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. I have attached some pictures about it and I would truly appreciate some help with this matter since it’s truly affecting my progress in the game.
Icon Swaps : Bundesliga objective chip shots objective bug
The bundesliga one league objective for Isco swaps has a “score from a chip shots in 6 separate matches while having minimum 8 first owned players in starting XI” objective. I have scored a varied number of chip shots, across multiple matches - inside the box, outside box, etc, still doesn’t seem to count.Evo disappearing after putting it on my player
I put the "how many tricks left?" Evo on one of my players from my evo team. But when i wanted to go and activate the evo, i couldnt find him in the "my evolutions" section. The evo is now gone but i cant even complete it. And i also cannot put that player in a different evo, because the game says he is active evo player. So yeah basically, lost the evo itself but also the ability to put him in any other evo until this one expires...Icon swaps (Bundesliga and Ligue 1) - not updating
I was playing icon swaps, and all of a sudden my progress was not updated in the bundesliga objective ( I already had some progress). I therefore tried to do Ligue 1, which I had not started, and here it also did not update. (FYI: I have done laliga and prem earlier without encountering this problem) After this I tried to do icon swaps squad battles games, and those worked. Please resolve this issue. I won 7 to 3 in Gauntlet and as the game is ending i got kicked from ultimate team and it counted as a loss! How is this fair and safe experience when players exploit the game's weakness to completely ruin the game just out of toxicity! It's not even the first time and it is 100% not an error in my internet connection. Fix these bugs or at least deal with these cheaters!
Game breaking bug single player draft
On single player draft on EA FC26 the 3rd match in sequence of 4 the opposite team does not load. This results in my game crashing on PS5 Pro every time. The team that fails to load is a Manchester City team. My progress is now permanently broken and crashes every time. I can’t play single player draft as the game won’t allow me to end it in any way and the game crashes if trying to precede.
Chip Shot goal for Bundesliga doesn't count when losing a match
Currently I'm grinding for unlocking the Icon Swaps tokens. When playing the Bundesliga one, which is already too difficult, I noticed that even when you've scored a chip goal, it doesn't count towards you objectives when you lose the match. I've only seen the counter go up when I've actually won the match, this is an obvious issue as it's not reflected in the description of the chip shot goal that you also need to win that match to be counted towards. I'm playing on Playstation 5, Icon Swaps one leage.
