Awful 85x5 reward from WW card crafting upgrades

i opened the 85x5 pack and also the 84x3 from the ww crafting upgrade and i got some low rated rare players, how is this possible

is there any way i can get compensation

Same problem here. I opened 2x +81 etc. packs from objectives and got players under that rating cap.
