BASE ICON PACK SBC - RECEIVING INCORRECT ICON PLAYER

hello, i opened a pack with an unlimited rated icon. there was a player animation that lasted until the end. i checked his price and definitely sent him to the club!!! i wanted to add this player to my team immediately, but it didn't show up from the highest rating. i chose the "Newest by" option, but a completely different icon appeared?? Has anyone else had a similar problem? the pack was opened on December 5th, around 3:00 UTC. this is the first time i have experienced such a situation and i dont know why it happened.

    i had Rush too. it must be some kind of mistake then.

    Yeah, before I wanted to contact support, I came here to see if anyone else had the same problem and here we go :d I unpacked Del Piero but at the club I received Ian Rush - I've never even seen his animation lmao. It was 20 minutes ago on PS. I want my Del Piero back 😀
