Blue rectangle and floating keyboard during gameplay

I am playing EA SPORTS FC on PS5 and during gameplay a large dark/Blue rectangular screen randomly flashes and stays on top of the field, blocking visibility of the match, it also appears sometimes a floating keyboard. It happens in offline and online modes. I have already restarted the game, restarted PS5, checked for updates, and turned off overlays, but the issue persists. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Please advise or patch this issue.
