Box Bug

I downloaded the fc 26 PS4 version on PS5 and changed all the settings as I wanted and then I changed the name of the active squad and got into the game and that box appeared and it's unfair because the only thing he let me do was the player block and I couldn't move and it made the rival score goals that I could avoid and it happened to me a lot in the rival area more than the same and this seems unfair to me that I pay 90 dollars for something that makes this kind of mistakes.

    And I forgot to put that in that box out of nowhere letters appeared as if I were putting the name of the team

    Hey m4r10r3hy​ I’m sure this glitch must be frustrating. Could you please try power cycling your console and clearing the cache data to see if that resolves the issue?

    Here’s how to clear the cache on a PS5:

    1. Turn the console off completely.
    2. Press and hold the power button until you hear two beeps — this will start the console in Safe Mode.
    3. Connect your controller using a USB cable, press the PS button, and select Option 6: “Clear Cache and Rebuild Database.”
    4. Choose “Clear System Software Cache,” press OK, and wait for the console to restart.

    *clearing the cache and rebuilding the database on a PS5 will not delete your games, save files, or other user data
