Season pass level 40 reward bugged
I just went to claim all of the rewards in the FC 26 Season Pass, and the final reward is a choice between an 89 Barella card and a pack, but when I went to redeem this reward it bugged and didn’t show me a pick between the two, just a blank screen, and then the game crashed. When I rebooted the game, I went back in, expecting it to let me try and reclaim the reward, but it says it had already been claimed, but I received neither the player or the pack, which makes no sense. I was going to pick the player card and was hoping to either get the reward reinstated to my account, or simply to just have the 89 Barella card added to my club, as I worked hard to reach the level required to unlock him, and am now left with nothing to show for it. Long story short, I've been experiencing severe input delay and crashes of the application even on very low settings, which my computer should be able to handle. During my troubleshooting process, one thing I've noticed that as soon as you start your game and exit it, 3 files are missing. I don't know which files these are, but I reckon it could have something to do with how much input delay others are experiencing as well on PC. This picture is what shows up when I try and repair the game on steam. Could it potentially be the thing that causes input delay in online matches? I've played one game with my friend and when started second one got disconnected and game was counted as loss... tried again to play and as soon as match started it disconnected me again, it wasn't my network because I could come back straight after. Issues I Have Identified After scoring a goal, the kick-off spot remains on the screen. It stays on the midfield view for a long time, and only after that I can finally see the goal replay. With the new v1.3 update that arrived yesterday, classic teams were added to the game. Before this update, we were able to change the boots of Soccer Aid or Classic XI team players, but this feature is now disabled. In the player editing menu, we can still select boots, but this does not apply in the game. It goes back to the default boot selection. Before the update, this was not the case for these two teams. After making changes, they also appeared in the game. Additionally, the newly added 10 classic teams do not appear in the player editing menu. We cannot make any edits we want to any player, such as boot selection and other adjustments. Sometimes during goal transitions, the screen gets stuck on a black screen for 2–3 seconds. As soon as the game kicks off, I instantly get disconnected from the game, while other online game modes are working fine... On top you get a warning for disconnecting... This should be fixed asap as you're unable to participate in this event! I am posting this publicly because private support responses are not addressing this issue. I am repeatedly experiencing in-game disconnections during Ultimate Team matches. While the match is still ongoing, I receive the message: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment,” and I am returned to the main menu. This is not caused by my internet connection. My Wi-Fi is stable, there is no packet loss, and no disconnections occur with other online games or services. This problem only happens in EA FC Ultimate Team. Every time this happens, I am automatically given a loss, my record is affected, and I receive warnings implying that I intentionally disconnected. That accusation is completely false. What makes this especially frustrating is that there is no lag or instability before the disconnection. The match is running normally, then the server connection drops without warning. This strongly suggests a server-side issue rather than a player-side connection problem. It is unacceptable that players are punished for what appears to be EA server instability. Being handed losses and warnings for something outside the player’s control makes the system feel unfair and broken. This issue is seriously damaging the Ultimate Team experience. Losing matches you did not quit and being blamed for server failures pushes players away from the game. I am close to uninstalling, and I know many others are dealing with the same problem. EA needs to acknowledge this issue, investigate Ultimate Team server stability, and stop issuing automatic losses and warnings when these disconnections occur. Players should not be penalized for EA infrastructure failures. If other players are experiencing this, please respond here. Hi EA Support and Community, I am writing to report a frustrating issue I encountered today in Ultimate Team regarding a promotion match. I played a crucial match and won with a final score of 6-4. Immediately after the match ended, during the coin reward screen, I received an error message stating: "The EA servers are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again later." I was kicked out of Ultimate Team. When I logged back in, the match was registered as a loss (DNF). This is extremely disappointing as it was a promotion match that I rightfully won.
