I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. I have a bugged Evolution item stuck in my Unassigned items in Ultimate Team. Because of this item I cannot open any packs or access the store. Every time I try to claim the Evolution or open packs the game blocks progression. This started about a week ago. I already contacted EA Support but the issue is still unresolved. On PS5, everytime i load the game up, it takes forever to even get to the UT menus, once im in, after about 5 minutes the green triangle will pop up and my game will constantly be stuck loading until i close the app. I've re installed, re built my data base, logged out of ps account and deleted saved data nothing seems to fix it. I have changed dns, ip and everything. Its a server side issue. Theres nothing wrong with my internet or playstation as every other game and even game mode on EAFC26 i have works completely fine no issue. This is a recurring issue for many people across various servers. It is all over your EA Communications twitter replies so not sure why it hasnt been fixed. I have won 8 games of gauntlet in a row on ps5. After every game the screenshot i sent happens. As such I get put back the main menu where kick off menus are. I cant get my objectives done because of this. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it. I have my saved files. I tried both the ps5 version and ps4 version. Same thing happens every time. Also I played and completed the Legendary legacy objectives , winning all 3 games. Im getting the win as normal but when I go out the objectives menu my wins aren't registering. Its saying I haven't played any games at all in it. I joined live chat yesterday and they basically tried to blame Sony servers for both or my Internet connection. I get just 1gb speed and 14 Ms ping. Im hard wired to my console. Also to add its happening to my one of my friends Also so its clearly an ea issue. I have also tried deleting all my squads and making new squads. Changing my kits , stadium and badge. Everything you can possibly try I have tried it. Problem still persists. I keep trying each and every method I can possibly think of and nothing seems to work. Please help resolve this issue as at this point there's no point in playing to get rewards for objectives if nothing is working its just a pointless exercise. If possible can look into my account and you'll see what im saying is true and grant me rewards I have clearly earned. We play locally and edit teams to make custom squads. We have done this for years on FIFA and there was never an issue until FC25 where the game crashed after you edited teams and tried to play The issue was fixed FC25 in January. To our disbelief the issue is back in FC26.
