Broken game as usual. Requesting refunds

Game generally broken. One of the many bugs and just lazy game making problems inlcude manager career mode contracts. 3rd season in CANNOT RENEW contracts with ANY player. 
players getting put on the transfer and becoming really unhappy after missing one game. 

Im attempting to request a refund for this game and I and many others deserve  a refund for basically all the games in the past few years. 
Cannot find any support email? Had to log in? Why is it so hard to contact EA support? It’s because its by design because you know its a scam also people like me keep buying it.
