bug in game

Hello, I'm starting to get fed up. 1 out of 2 times when I'm in a match, I can't access the menus to make my player changes. This ruins my gaming experience. 1/4 of my controller isn't recognized during a match but works in the menus, forcing me to leave the match. Of course, that counts as a loss, even though it's a bug from you. I've even gone so far as to unplug my keyboard and mouse when I start a match, and even then, it still happens. If these untimely bugs continue, I'm going to ask for a refund. I didn't pay €110 for a game to be full of bugs. I stopped playing this game four years ago because of bugs like this. I'm coming back this year thinking it's bound to get better, but I'm forced to admit that nothing has changed, there are still just as many bugs, so I'd like to know how to fix this situation.
