BUG Missing Intro to Rewards EVO Transfer Market Soft Lock

Hi EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a progression soft lock in FC 26 that is permanently preventing me from accessing the Transfer Market.

Under the Venturing Out milestone, my requirement to Complete the Foundations EVO is stuck at 0/1. The issue is that I originally had the  Intro to Rewards EVO, but I accidentally used the Remove Evolution feature on the player holding it. I had absolutely no reason to think this would permanently screw up my account progression.

Now, the Intro to Rewards EVO is completely gone from my Evolutions, and I am unable to complete the Venturing Out mission to unlock the transfer market. This is a MUST HAVE option in the game, and my account is entirely stuck.

Could you please manually grant the Intro to Rewards EVO back to my account or auto-complete the objective on your end so I can access the market

    Same, does anyone know how to actually contact a person for help? I hate the rubbish AI support

    Same and EA is so pathetic at Support that even the AI is useless to help with this, the worst part you can’t even email them for the help needed. Useless honestly and it’s frustrating because the whole point of UT is to use transfers market, at this point the game is worthless.

    Same here. I completed it but it didn't count somehow and now it's gone.

    This is exactly what I’m experiencing, ea support does not help me at all I’ve tried everything to fix it but nothing works I have had this problem for like 2 weeks no help what so ever.

    Fyi I just contacted EA directly regarding this issue and unfortunately there’s nothing they can do to resolve this issue. They told me to keep playing and monitoring the issue for any changes, as I told them bluntly what’s the point playing FC26 UT if you can’t even buy or sell players.

    Us as the consumer / gamers will loose interesting and don’t bother playing the game.

    I recommend everyone put pressure on them to force the issue to be solved if you still find interest in the game.

    I don’t think they are ever going to fix this and idk why because all they need to do is make the evolution repeatable.
