Bug on Career Mode ‘Contract already accepted’

The new update has caused a bug in manager career mode - all player statuses that im scouting and even youth players all say,  ‘Contract already accepted’. Please can thisget fixed asap as the career...

Same issue. Multiple players with 1 year contract. Notifications they want to renew but can't because of this bug.  Absolutely crazy bug.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, people have the right to ask for a refund for faulty products.
