Play Style Plus changed
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized change made to my EA FC 26 EVO card. I had a perfect Estevão card that I personally evolved using FC Points I paid for. This card was upgraded exactly to my preference, specifically with the Finesse Shot+ PlayStyle. Following a recent update by your company, this PlayStyle was changed to Quick Step+ without my consent or involvement. This change directly impacts a card I invested both time and money into, and it is unacceptable that a paid evolution was altered after the fact. I did not authorize this modification, nor was I given any option to prevent it. I see two reasonable and acceptable resolutions to this issue: Revert my Estevão card to its original state, restoring Finesse Shot+, or Grant the card both PlayStyles to compensate for the forced change. I used hard-earned FC Points to achieve this evolution, and the product I paid for has now been altered against my wishes. I expect this matter to be reviewed promptly and resolved accordingly. career mode match objectives are not updating properly. Whether it’s manager, manager live, or player career mode. The objectives are not tracking properly, I’ve played 10 games and only had 4/10 match objectives completed and tracked to gain SP from that weekly objective. Hello, I’m writing to report an issue where I seem to have lost my TOTY Pina from my Ultimate Team club. She was previously on my account, but she is no longer there. I have checked my club, quick sell recovery, SBCs, and transfer list, and I can’t find her anywhere. I did not intentionally discard, sell, or submit her into an SBC. I have been unable to redeem an evolution item from the season pass, which is blocking me from accessing the store. I have tried redeeming it through the Companion app and deleting the game, but nothing seems to work. The issue has been ongoing for a few days, so we have missed some Toty, sbc items and packs. We all know by now, that Team Management (tactic, formation, transfers...) is completely broken and useless. And we all know you don't care about fixing it (although you did alreaday in EA FC 25, but didn't care enough to do the same in EA FC 26...) because it's isn't a money grabbing cash cow like Ultimate Team i.e. ...but nevertheless people are disappointed, suffering, remorseful, because they did spent a lot of money on a unplayable game. So to add something to the countless unawswered threads in this forum, I have to say, that Team Management got EVEN WORSE since Classic Squads have been introduced to the game. The problems so far have been: formations couldn't be changed, sometimes they did through intense work-arounds, but most of the time, they didn't and if you edited to much, an CE-108255-1 occured; you couldn't change positions of some players, they were stuck in their positions; you couldn't transfer some players...because they have a "role" in their squad? because of the national team there in? because of some random stuff? because of an corrupt database you don't care to fix? Nobody knows.... ...AND NOW - in addition to all of that: you are limited the amount of players you can transfer of Teams who have a Classic Team. For example: You can move Mbappe out of Real Madrid and transfer him to Monaco (if you're lucky and no other random bug occurs). But after that YOU CAN'T move Carvajal because it says the Classic XI can't have less than 18 players. Which could be worked around if you could add players to Real Madrid Classic XI (or if removing a player from the real club wouldn't remove them automatically from the Classic XI...), but you can't do that. In conclusion: you didn't lift one finger in trying to fix (OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE!) a problem that makes this expensive game finally playable for countless people who bought it, thinking they could use it, NO YOU MADE IT EVEN WORSE! My game has been suffering from REALLY bad stutters and unstable fps. Ever since some update in early December my game has been uncomfortable to play. I used to get 100 fps no problem on max settings at launch but now I can't even hit 60 fps most of the time I play. This was an issue for me around the same time for FC 25. In the main menu under Edit Teams → Club Transfers, some players are duplicated and assigned to multiple clubs at the same time. The affected players show “XI” after the club name (e.g. Bayern XI or Liverpool XI). When transferring these players, they are not moved correctly and remain in both clubs, making transfers impossible. This issue occurs outside of any game mode, affects the global squad database, is fully reproducible, and has persisted for several weeks despite updates. An EA Support case exists (case #232032528). I would like to raise the issues that I am facing on FC26 Game. Please go through the below points 1.Huge input lag even though I have high speed internet and a gaming router. Also, I'm using ethernet cable to connect with my playstation5. The issue was same when i was using Xbox before and with PS5 it is still the same. 2.The game doesnt register the input that I perform in the controller and does things on its own. My controller is brand new so there is no question of stick drift. For e.g. if i pass the ball to an X player in a certain direction the game by itself decide to pass it somewhere else which is absolutely disgusting. 3.There are many times where my Pause button in the game doesn't work at all because of which I can't make the substitution. 4.Need to do multiple restart to launch Ultimate Game and there are many instances after the win the data doesnt processed correctly with the server and it doesnt go to the main menu because of which I dont get the win and to make matter worse the game register it as loss.
