Bug on Career Mode ‘Contract already accepted’

The new update has caused a bug in manager career mode - all player statuses that im scouting and even youth players all say,  ‘Contract already accepted’. Please can thisget fixed asap as the career mode is no longer playable. How are we supposed to scout players when this is showing for everyone? Just ruining our career modes for no reason.
Also on a side note, even before this update, everytime a goal is scored the replay doesnt come up properly. It shows the half way line before showing parts of the replay. Absolutely rubbish, this needs to be sorted too. For how much we pay for this game this is simple stuff that shouldn’t be going wrong
