Bug Pro Club

Subject: Pro Clubs avatar locked – server reset request (levels preserved)

Hello,

I’m experiencing a Pro Clubs issue on EA FC 26 (PS5).

Error message:

PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR

What happened:

- The bug started right after I changed my preferred foot in Pro Clubs.

- Since then, my avatar cannot be saved anymore.

- I already deleted all local saved data on PS5.

- I restarted the console and the game multiple times.

- The issue has been happening for more than 24 hours.

Important:

My Pro Clubs avatar is level 80 in one archetype and level 60 in another.

I do NOT want to recreate a new avatar and lose my progression.

Request:

I believe my Pro Clubs avatar is locked on the EA servers.

I am requesting a server-side avatar reset or resynchronization, while preserving my archetype levels and progression.

Platform: PS5

Game: EA Sports FC 26

Mode: Pro Clubs

Please let me know if you need screenshots of the error or any additional information.

PS: I am requesting a server resync, not a new avatar.
