Bugged Gameplay

Passes dont go to intended player despite open space, plainly aiming at my player. They will always go to the opponent. I've changed my passing settings over and over and nothing worked. 

Defending is completely broken, any time my player has the ball I have about 3 players surrounding me, even when I pass they just some how end up with 3 other players there in a second. My players will always slow down when making an open run allowing them to catch up and even when I use skills, it just kicks the balls to them, if I defend they just take the ball anyways. Anytime I make a clear touch on the ball for an interception it does absolutely nothing. When I press circle even with R1 they just do some weird step every time yet I see them swinging legs around and legs up and i dont think ive ever seen my players do that once. 

My pace is completely bugged, any player below 70 pace can easily outrun any player ive had, all of them are 90+ pace with 1 of them being 95 and hes probably the slowest on the pitch. I've had full silver teams completely batter my team and its 91 rated full of tots and they're all terrible for me. Funny enough ive had a couple of occasions where ive had the exact same player, same card, same stats and yet they always outran that same player. 

There's probably more but I won't waste my time if anybody can help that'd be good.
