Camera bug in UT

While playing Ultimate team - Ultimate challenge 12 (Ultimate series of challenges 12 in Czech language) today at around 9:00 during the match (the last possible attempt to win in all 3 matches) I got an error. When I paused and substituted a player and returned to the game, the camera took the view from the substitutions and there was nothing I could do about it (pause, camera settings, nothing ...). That's why I lost the match, because it was not possible to play from this perspective.
