Can’t access packs on the companion app

For about a week I’ve been unable to buy and packs in the store on the companion app. I can’t do preview packs or anything. Once I’ve selected a menu option in the store like promo packs I then can’t select another menu like classics packs. 

Works totally fine on console though. I’ve also tried signing out and re installing the app numerous times with no luck.
