Can’t access transfer market, packs I earned also dissapeared.

Hi, my transfer market will not work as it says I’ve reached my limits for bid/buy actions for the day and it’s making me wait another 22 hours. I have just unlocked the transfer market and it already said this before i even done anything.

I have also just lost two packs I earned from the marquee matchup challenges for Bayern vs Bremen and espanyol vs osasuna. They have literally disappeared from the store. 

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
