Can’t claim an Evolution from the season pass

I can’t claim an evolution from the season pass it has been about more than a month now. I log into the game everyday to see if I can claim or discard the evolution but it is still there it feels like is haunting me at this stage. I can’t open any other packs or anything els except for player choices and other evolutions I have missed out on so many promo events and new upgrades for the team 

if anyone has a trick or know how to help please help it would be greatly appreciated
