Can’t play

I paid extra money by getting ea play as well as pre order the ultimate edition and I have not been able to play. It gets stuck on the loading screen for 2 days now and I am falling behind in ultimate team because I can't play the game. This is extremely not fair as I have payed so much money to not be able to play?? I have tried various WiFi and even updated my own and it still does not work.
