Got disconnected after a win. Instead of 3 points in Rivals I got a DNF and Disconnection warning. EA support didn’t help at all. Yesterday I completed several SBCs — around 100+ 78x3s — since I was grinding them with the large number of cards available from Winter Wildcards. Before going to bed, I tried to complete the Base Icon or TOTY Icon 87+ SBC, but when I went to submit the last squad, I got the following error: "There was an error communicating with the football ultimate team servers. Please try again." I turned off my Xbox, played a match, closed the app, etc., but the error persisted. At first, I thought it was just a server issue, so I went to bed, but now that I woke up, the error is still there. Can someone please help me? With the amount of new content out, not being able to complete SBCs puts me at a disadvantage. I’d really appreciate any assistance — thank you very much.Penalty Shootout Wins Disconnected
In 2 instances following me winning a game after a penalty shootout this weekend, an error message occurred and I was disconnected from the ea servers, and was awarded a loss as a result. I have attached a video of the second instance of this, as well as the final record of 9-6 that could have instead been 10-5 or 11-4 the fact that this happened in an identical fashion twice demonstrates that it is not my connection and is instead an issue with the game itself. A level of compensation is fair following this as this bug occurred during a limited game mode and was completely out of my control, unfairly reflecting my performance.
After three months, controller still not working
It's been three months, I still have controller issues about every single game. Controller is just unresponsive for a few seconds. The indicated player is either running in one single direction and I cannot change or whatever, or he's just idle for a few seconds. This has cost me several losses, and it's really frustrating to see that after three months of gameplay this still isn't fixed. I've tried all proposed solutions, enable/disable vsync, cap framerate, I close all overlays, but to no avail. It only happens in online game modes

As a dedicated player from Hong Kong primarily using the PS5 platform in Clubs mode, I wanted to bring attention to a persistent connectivity issue that is significantly impacting our local player group. Since the launch of EA Sports FC 26, many Hong Kong-based players have experienced frequent collective mid-match disconnects in Clubs mode. This affects entire teams (often composed of local Hong Kong players) simultaneously, preventing matches from continuing. The problem is notably severe—occurring in nearly every match—when matched against opponents suspected to be from mainland China's PC player. We truly value the engaging experience provided by the EA Sports FC series and wish to enjoy Clubs mode in a stable and equitable environment. I kindly request that the development team investigate this matter with priority and consider enhancements to server connections or matchmaking protocols between Hong Kong and mainland China regions. If others are encountering the same issue, please share your experiences below (including platform and region details) to help highlight its scope. Hi team, i found a bug where my UT exp stuck on at 10k in all pages except when I open FC season page. And also i found a bug that i cannot start a champion match. When selecting kit, my ping always 18-20ms, already selected kit, but always appears "the opponent has left the match". In rivals it's always fine to start the match. I would like to report a major issue I am experiencing in FIFA 26 during online gameplay while playing online matches, the gameplay becomes delayed even though the ping is stable and low. The game feels like I am behind the actual match by around 3–4 seconds. Player input takes a long time to register. The only temporary workaround is to pause the game. After pressing Resume, the game becomes extremely fast (speed-up lag) for a few seconds, then returns to normal briefly before lagging again. On PS5, everytime i load the game up, it takes forever to even get to the UT menus, once im in, after about 5 minutes the green triangle will pop up and my game will constantly be stuck loading until i close the app. I've re installed, re built my data base, logged out of ps account and deleted saved data nothing seems to fix it. I have changed dns, ip and everything. Its a server side issue. Theres nothing wrong with my internet or playstation as every other game and even game mode on EAFC26 i have works completely fine no issue. This is a recurring issue for many people across various servers. It is all over your EA Communications twitter replies so not sure why it hasnt been fixed. I'm on Australian servers however have seen issues across all servers.
