My game is completely broke.
My gameplay is different to other people, has been for months, ea refuse to help and tell me nothing is wrong and gameplay is 100% identical to any other player who plays. I have videos upon videos of cosntant bugs every single match online/offline i literally cant play the game like literally at all, I cant stress enough how bad the gameplay is for me like its actually so unbelievable terrible and bugged. I use the controller hud where you can see what inputs you do mid game, every single pass is perfectly lined up to the direction of my player yet without fail in every single game, yes EVERY game, the pass will go to the oppoennt or lock on to a player nowhere near the direction I aimed and that player it goes to is always guaranteed to be behind and opponent. I've wasted so much time reporting this issue over and over and over and yet nothing is getting done, im being told my account is under review which was almost 2 month ago now. Like seriously what do I actually do because a game ive spent my own money on doesnt run properly so ive pretty much been ripped off. I am not able to proceed ahead with Ultimate Gauntlet 17. My round is stuck on Round 4. Any match I play leads to a disconnection from Ultimate Team entirely citing an Connection Error. This has happened ten times since yesterday when server went down. Other things like Squad battles working fine but Round 4 is not resetting so I cant start a new Round. Until the recent update to the game, I was able to play career mode smoothly without any problems of crashing, any black screen glitches, or loading glitches. But after this update, every time I want to play a game (either playing the match, simulating a match, or using tactical mode) it always goes into an infinite load screen, even when I wait upwards of 10 minutes. I've tried playing online and offline, and the only way to get past the day is to quick sim the match. I'm on PC. I've tried it for two games, both in the preseason tournament (I finished the previous season before the update), and they both have the same problem. I've restarted my computer and the EA app as well, and naturally since its loading infinitely, I've tried opening and closing the application as well. Since yesterday, gameplay in Champions feels completely different. My players feel delayed and out of position. Passes are weak or intercepted instantly. An opponent left in the 90th minute. After he left, the screen went blurry and I was able to control his players. The match ended after time ran out and now it just shows the cinematic camera around the pitch, but no after match options are popping up. Every single UT game I go into, the opponent selection ping shows 10-20 ping, 5 bars. An average ping for someone like myself who had >250mbps internet. Once I’m in game, the ping goes up to 100+. It’s not just one game, it’s every game and it shows the same figures every time. I’m not willing going to go into a game with a bad ping because you’re just expected to make mistakes. I’m online during peak times so it’s not like I’m being matched up with someone in Asia or America, I’m based in the UK so I should be matched with people in my country where the connection is better. I’ve turned off cross-play to try and help but it doesn’t seem to work. EA, please fix this. For several weeks, I have been unable to play RUSH Mode on the PC (Steam) version. Description of the issue: I can view the opening movie and the RUSH announcements without any problems. However, immediately after those, the screen goes black and the match never begins. Since the game becomes unresponsive, I am forced to Alt+F4 to close it. Upon restarting FC26, I am greeted with an "incorrect disconnection penalty," which is extremely frustrating as the crash was not my fault. I have seen similar reports from other users on X (formerly Twitter), so this appears to be a widespread issue for the FC community.
