Cannot filter by league when searching Manager League consumables (Web App)

Body: When searching for Manager League consumables on the FC 26 Web App, the League filter is disabled and cannot be selected. This prevents players from filtering consumables by specific leagues such as Premier League, LaLiga, or Bundesliga, making targeted searches impossible and time-consuming. Steps to reproduce: Open the FC 26 Web App, go to Transfers -> Transfer Market, select the Consumables tab, choose Manager Leagues as the consumable type, then try to select a League from the filter options. Expected result: The League dropdown should be active and list all available leagues, allowing users to filter Manager League consumables properly. Actual result: The League dropdown is greyed out and unselectable, preventing users from filtering by league. Other consumable categories such as Contracts or Position Modifiers allow filtering as expected. The issue only occurs for Manager Leagues. Impact: Users cannot efficiently find specific Manager League consumables, which disrupts trading and club management workflows. The issue appears to be caused by a broken connection between the Manager League category and League filter.
