CANT ACCESS TRANSFER MARKET -- PLEASE FIX (COMPANION APP/WEB APP)
Hi everyone — I’ve played many games, completed all the required objectives to unlock the Transfer Market (Venturing Out / Foundations / “On Your Way”), and waited more than 48 hours as a new PC player. However the transfer market still isn’t working for me.
Details:
- I am on PC.
- I completed all required objective groups (New Beginnings → Foundations → Venturing Out / “On Your Way”).
- I waited at least 48 hours (the standard waiting period for PC after unlocking).
Even after that, I still can’t access the transfer market. This happens even though I should now have full access. I previously played on Playstation for years, so it’s not a brand-new EA account in absolute terms — but on PC it’s treated as “new,” and yet it still doesn’t work even after fulfilling all conditions and waiting the required time. I believe this is a bug — I’m not asking for a reduced wait or extra steps, just for the market to unlock like it should. Please, can the team look into this?
