Cant buy players on the transfer market

Hi the issue is resolved 

Am I gonna get a fix or atleast get told whats going on with my account someone must have seen my messages by now someone was responding earlier and now ive been teased with a fix thinking that someone was helping me and my problems didn't get fixed cmon ea ive payed 90 quid for the game and 300 quid worth of fifa points and now I cant buy players cmon man

Is anyone there i have now finished school and still no response seriously 

Is there any fix as I need it ASAp or atleast before prem tots come out as I want to try out the new tots cards which I need to buy please any follow ups

Its really frustrating as I dont have much fodder cause I have saved nearly 200 packs and have to buy tots for my daily 83x14 and I will probs not be able to complete them now as this issue had occurred and I am at school till 3 o'clock 

No I went to buy tots for 13 000 for my 83x14s and it wouldn't let me buy them
