Can't make any subs during a game, costing me a 7 game winning streak

While in a rivals game one of my players was not doing good, when attempting to make a sub I was not able to get into the team managing page, costing me the game. This is the same bug that I encounte...

Same here....happens almost daily. Not saying it costs me a game every time, but running around in the 77th minute with players who are **bleep** beat doesn't help. I would like for EA to fix this bug, but I know they won't 'cause they simply don't give a **bleep** anymore. Direct complaints only get the standard "..have you downloaded the latest update?"
