Can't progress or claim rewards due to stuck item in account

My issue is still not resolved. The stuck item is still in my account and it is preventing me from progressing and claiming rewards.

I understand you mentioned there is no fix available, but this problem has been ongoing for a long time and is affecting my gameplay. I would like this case to be escalated to a specialist team or investigated further.

Please do not close the case until the issue is actually resolved. I am willing to provide screenshots or any details needed.
