Card Graphics Not Loading for SBCs/EVOs Since Captains Promo

Since the Captains promo, all new card designs including SBCs and EVOs are showing up as a grey “not found” placeholder on my PC. I know it’s a glitch because other players aren’t experiencing it. I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the game, deleted and redownloaded squads, and restarted multiple times, but the issue is still happening. Is there anything else I can try to fix it?
