Career Mode - After game finishes cannot access options under matchday

In career mode, after you finish a match you land on the homepage.  I've noticed that repeatedly it greys out matchday CTA, and does not let you scroll down to, for example, look at a scout report or message.  You have to navigate to another tab, and go back for it to take.

In the attached image, which I realize is not of the bug, matchday button woudl be greyed out adn you wouldn't be able to access opponent analysis, pre match training etc....
