Career Mode - Energy is always restored after 2 days

This needs to be addressed. It's absolutely horrible. There is no need to have more than 12-15 players in your squad, because everyone is always at full levels anyway. How does something like that get through quality testing? It removes all realism und makes rotation, which is a fun part of career mode, absoutely useless.
