Career Mode - Transfer Request for Lack of Games, When Playing All The Time
The new contract system is very buggy. The latest issue I'm facing is a player with a squad role of 'Important', who is playing every game and the majority of minutes in those games, has requested a transfer as the lack of play time is 'damaging his career'. With no way to negotiate, you're stuck.
Steps:
- Player approached me to sya they weren't sure if they wanted to renew contract as they weren't getting enough games to develop; they would see how this progressed.
- Player was played in all games for approximately 5-8 games, only substituted on a couple of occassions.
- Player approached me again, saying their lack of game time is damaging their career and they want me to let him leave.
- Going into the squad hub and reviewing the players play time status, it has a green 'thumbs up'
These contract issues are making career mode really frustrating and it makes it feel not worth the effort to develop players or invest in a career at the moment. This is a relatively severe issue when you can potentially lose your best players for no good reason. It's game breaking. Far too many players complain in this game even with this bug aside, it's not realistic at all.
