Career Mode - Unable to renew contract of unhappy players.

Hi, there seems to be an issue where each time I promote to a new league, players in my squad request contract renewals. I immediately renew the contracts, but they remain unhappy and continue to email me regarding renewing their contract. However, when you do go to renew their contract - it says this player has submitted a transfer request an am unable to renew. This puts the game in a loop and the player ultimately leaves the club, and majority of the time they are key/star players. This seems to be a persistent issue multiple users have reported but has not been fixed/addressed yet. Thanks
