Career Mode Bug – Player Transfer Requests Always Fail

Hello,

I would like to report a bug I’ve encountered in EA FC 26 Career Mode. When one of my players submits a transfer request, other clubs send offers for him, but I am unable to directly intervene in the negotiations. Instead, my assistant manager automatically handles the transfer talks.

The problem is that no matter what happens, every single negotiation fails, and the player never leaves the club. Sometimes the player even says “I’m unhappy and want to leave,” but despite receiving multiple offers, none of them ever go through. As a result, the player is stuck in the team until his contract expires, and then he leaves for free.

This completely breaks the transfer system and ruins the realism of Career Mode. Please look into this issue and provide a fix.
