Career Mode Contract Renewal Loop Causes Unavoidable Player Transfer Requests

There is a persistent bug in Career Mode related to player contract renewals that leads to unavoidable player dissatisfaction and transfer requests.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. A player approaches the manager requesting a contract renewal.
2. The contract is successfully renewed.
3. For a few simulated days, everything appears normal.
4. The same player then sends a message stating they are unhappy with their contract and want to discuss it.
5. Attempting to negotiate is impossible because the game blocks the action with a message such as “Recently signed a new contract.”
6. After additional simulated days, the player sends another message complaining that the manager has not spoken to them about renewing their contract.
7. Shortly after, the board contacts the manager stating that the player has complained about zero attempts being made to resolve their contract situation.
8. Despite previously being very happy (good morale, regular playtime, etc.), the player submits a transfer request.

Additional Notes:

• This issue occurs regardless of whether matches are played manually or simulated.
• It can happen as early as the second season in Career Mode.
• Player performance, morale, and playtime do not prevent the issue.

Career/Manager Mode is the only mode I play, making this bug particularly disruptive and disappointing. This bug undermines core Career Mode mechanics, removes meaningful player-management control, and can derail a save through no fault of the player.

Basically it sucks and please fix it!
