After the recent update, when negotiating contract salary, the UI is just a purple rectangle. You can't actually select an amount to offer or counter, making transfers and resigning impossible.
The only way to negotiate is to save before, quit and reload until they give an offer on the negotiation, to which you can't counter because of the broken UI
In career mode, I am unable to edit any of the Player wages, bonuses, clauses, or transfer sums. Just has an empty box which means I can’t make any transfers or renew any player contracts as there is nothing appearing to change.

Same happend to me, trying to sign a player on a free transfer, shocking it can have been released in such a broken way, manager career unplayable like this! Playing on playstation 5 pro
Every time I enter into a transfer or salary negotiations, the screen that requires numbers would immediately turn grey. It doesn’t allow me to click any buttons on that grey screen, which therefore I can’t select a transfer amount. This GREY SCREEN problem needs to be fixed asap.
During negotiations in career mode, the slider is not visible, blocking any kind of action by the user.

I am experiencing a graphical glitch on PS5 while playing EA FC 26. During transfer negotiations, the area where I should enter a transfer fee is covered by a solid purple block.
This makes it impossible to see the numbers I am entering or the current market value.
