career mode selling players wont accept any contract

when selling players from my youth team, promoted them to senior team to sell, plenty of offers, all accepted, players refuse every transfer.

i have tried to negotiate myself, delegate, and just accept the initial offer. all end the same way, price agreed, player refuses.

not every young player will make it to the full first team, some are sold to gain funds for other purchaes, this is a ridiculous bug, that was also in FC25.
